Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and related processes for ForeSpeed's shipping and logistics services. We aim to provide clear guidelines on when and how you can cancel orders, request refunds, and understand our policies regarding wallet credits, subscriptions, and special circumstances.

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We recommend reviewing this document carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations and refunds.

Important Note:

This policy applies to ForeSpeed's shipping and logistics services only. If you are a recipient of a package shipped through our platform, please contact the sender (our customer) directly for any refund or cancellation requests related to the products you ordered.

2. Shipping Order Cancellation

Cancellation Eligibility

Shipping orders can be cancelled based on the current status of the shipment:

Order Created (Not Processed)

Orders that have been created but not yet processed can be cancelled with a full refund to your ForeSpeed wallet.

Label Generated (Not Picked Up)

Orders with generated shipping labels that have not yet been picked up by the courier can be cancelled with a full refund to your ForeSpeed wallet.

Pickup Scheduled

Orders with scheduled pickups that have not yet been collected can be cancelled with a full refund to your ForeSpeed wallet.

In Transit

Orders that are already in transit (picked up by the courier) cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return to origin (RTO), subject to additional charges.

Delivered

Orders that have been delivered cannot be cancelled or refunded.

How to Cancel a Shipping Order

To cancel a shipping order, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your ForeSpeed dashboard
  2. Navigate to "Orders" section
  3. Locate the order you wish to cancel
  4. Click on the "Cancel Order" button (if available based on order status)
  5. Confirm the cancellation when prompted

Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team for assistance with cancellations.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Cancelled Orders: Refunds for cancelled orders are processed as per the cancellation eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  • Service Failures: If our service fails to meet the guaranteed delivery timeline due to our fault or courier partner issues, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Duplicate Charges: In case of duplicate charges for the same service, the extra amount will be refunded in full.
  • Overcharges: If you were charged more than the quoted price for a service, the excess amount will be refunded.
  • Unused Wallet Credits: Unused wallet credits can be refunded subject to certain conditions (see Wallet Credits & Refunds section).

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Delivered Shipments: Once a package is delivered, the shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Address Correction Fees: Charges applied for address corrections or updates are non-refundable.
  • Special Handling Fees: Additional fees for special handling requirements are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
  • Failed Deliveries Due to Recipient Issues: If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address provided by you, or recipient refusal, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Methods

Refunds are typically processed through the following methods:

  • Wallet Credits: The primary method of refund is through credits to your ForeSpeed wallet, which can be used for future shipments.
  • Original Payment Method: In certain cases, refunds may be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Bank Transfer: For large refund amounts or upon specific request, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.

4. Wallet Credits & Refunds

Wallet Credit Policy

ForeSpeed wallet credits are subject to the following terms:

  • Wallet credits have no expiration date and can be used for any future shipping orders.
  • Credits cannot be transferred to another account or user.
  • Promotional credits or bonus amounts may have specific usage restrictions or expiration dates, which will be clearly communicated at the time they are issued.

Wallet Balance Refund

Refunds to your ForeSpeed wallet are processed automatically under the following conditions:

  • Cancelled orders are automatically refunded to your wallet based on the eligibility criteria mentioned in the Shipping Order Cancellation section.
  • All wallet refunds are processed without any additional fees or charges.
  • Promotional credits, bonuses, or discounted amounts added to your wallet are non-refundable to bank accounts.

Automatic Processing:

All eligible refunds are processed automatically to your ForeSpeed wallet. You do not need to submit a separate refund request for cancelled orders or service issues. Your wallet balance is immediately available for future shipments.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Subscription Plans

ForeSpeed offers various subscription plans for shipping services. The following terms apply to subscription management:

  • Subscription plans (monthly, annual, or any other duration) are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Subscriptions do not automatically renew. After your subscription expires, your account will revert to the default plan if not manually renewed.
  • You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time. When upgrading, any unused amount from your current plan will be automatically adjusted and applied to the cost of your new plan.
  • Subscription downgrades will take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Subscription upgrades take effect immediately, with the remaining value of your current plan credited toward the new plan.

Plan Management:

To manage your subscription, including upgrades or cancellation of auto-renewal, please contact our customer support team. Our team will assist you with any changes you wish to make to your subscription plan.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refund processing times vary based on the refund method and circumstances:

  • Wallet Credits: Refunds to your ForeSpeed wallet are typically processed within 24-48 hours after approval.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds to credit/debit cards or other payment methods typically take 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds via bank transfer may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account after approval.

Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, the actual time for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider's processing times.

7. Exceptions & Special Cases

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (such as natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemic restrictions, etc.), standard cancellation and refund policies may be modified. We will communicate any such changes through our website and direct communications.

Bulk Orders

For bulk shipping orders (more than 50 shipments in a single order), special cancellation terms may apply. Please contact our enterprise support team for details.

Custom Contracts

Customers with custom contracts or enterprise agreements may have different cancellation and refund terms as specified in their contract. The terms in the signed agreement will supersede this general policy.

Promotional Offers

Special promotional offers, discounts, or credits may have specific refund and cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
